coffee competition

We’ve always believed in training and in youth, and the Coffee Competition is our way of putting these values into practice.

This project has been running for more than ten years now, engaging with numerous schools from different parts of Italy.

The competition is based on the preparation of food and drink made with coffee, and is divided into three sections in which the young entrants compete to make the best cocktail, recipe and classic espresso. The highly qualified jury offers them the chance to learn from the advice and numerous indications provided by experts in the sector.

The Coffee Competition takes place in one day, and is the result of a close, intense joint effort between Cubacafè and the Hotel and Catering Schools that are training the professionals of the future.
